cg 0.04 for D2HackIt!

This module guards against certain client crashes.  It guards against
the druid drop hack and the drop item hack.  The drop item hack guard
might be a bit buggy (preventing it is quite tricky and requires changes
made in D2HackIt! 0.59); if you encounter problems with items, try disabling
the drop hack detection or use an earlier version of cg.

0.04 More fixes for drop item hack detection

Commands:
  .cg drop [0 | 1]
       Disables/enables drop item hack detection.

  .cg dropgrab [0 | 1]
       Disables/enables grabbing of tainted item when drop item hack detected.
       Use this to attempt dropping of person performing drop hack (will likely also
       drop anyone else near the item).

  .cg druid [0 | 1]
       Disables/enables druid hack detection.

  .cg load [section]
       Loads settings from [section] cg.ini.

  .cg save [section]
       Saves settings to [section] cg.ini.

  .cg help
       Shows help

Installation:
  Copy cg.d2h to your D2HackIt folder and use ".load cg" to load the
  module.

Requirements:
  D2HackIt! 0.59 or later.

Usage:
  Load the module up, preferably at startup in the AutoLoad section of
  the d2hackit.ini file.
